We recently had Village Mechanical install a heat pump in our Terrace, BC home. Up until then, our only heat source was baseboard heaters and the electricity cost during the winter was very expensive, especially since we are two seniors on fixed incomes.
Our baseboard heat was very uneven, leaving cold areas in many rooms. Now with our heat pump, the heat is distributed evenly, making our home far more comfortable and at a much lower energy cost. Our last BC Hydro bill showed us using 46% less electricity than this time last year. Not only do we have reduced energy costs, we are eligible for a significant rebate from the provincial and federal governments.

I needed help with my furnace and got a referral for Shaun. He contacted me soon after I left a message and had diagnosed the issue within the afternoon. His willingness to fix a broken furnace rather than scrap it was very helpful in saving me lots of money. As soon as the parts we needed arrived, he came over and fixed everything up quickly and efficiently. When we ran into a plumbing issue, he and the Plumber worked together to figure out how to accomplish the fix. Now we have heat… YAY!
